Everyone was so nice and friendly which made us feel welcomed ! Sean never left us for more than 5 min and was very accommodating when he was doing stuff for us ! We gave him some numbers to work with and he did whatever he needed to do to make it happen ! Spirit Dodge is a friendly atmosphere! All of the employees there worked like a team ! I put a lot of research on this purchase, I knew where I wanted to be on the price of the car as well as on my trade. Sean Dudley, the salesman worked hard on getting me a fair deal. I love the fact that we never even discussed monthly payments he just focused on the numbers. When the smoke cleared I felt 100% certain that it was a fair deal for all of us. Mike the sales manager was very helpful, and the icing on the cake, Chat, the finance manager. I have never finalized a car deal on such a professional, courteous and positive manner in my entire life and I've purchased a lot of new cars in my lifetime. What's even better is that I traveled over 100 miles to get to this dealership based on a conversation I had with Vicky, Internet Sales, and it was worth the trip. Right from the initial phone call, I spoke with Mandy who was pleasant and knowledgeable I decided to go to their location. Mandy introduced me to my salesman George who wasted no time getting me all the information I needed and get me out of a vehicle I was not satisfied with into a awesome Jeep! One of the owners, Michael took the time to introduce himself and assure me that this experence will be a good one. The entire staff was friendly and helpful they even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed I didn't feel like I was being handed a sales pitch or that in anyway they were taking advantage, like a lot of car dealerships behave. Even down to the Paperwork and Title transfer,Dee in the office was fast and fantastic. I will never take my business anywhere else but Spirit in the future and I recommend you giving them a try!
