He responded to me very quickly and sent me several pictures of the vehicle. Shortly after I was contacted by Ed Underwood, who would be my sales person. I explained what I was interested in and that I lived 2 hrs. from them and wanted to get as much done prior to my visit. He was VERY accommodating and took care of all my needs quickly. Spirit also made selling my previous car to an outside party quick and painless even though the buyer caused a bit of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership, Ed along with Mike and Ronald Baus (owners) introduced themselves to me. Due to some minor issues with the sale of my car the staff stayed well after closing time to get me on my way and at no time did they give me the impression that they were inconvenienced by this. I will make the 2 hr drive again when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I just wish they were closer so I could get my vehicle serviced there. More

New Challenger Hellcat Purchase I have purchased many work vehicles for my company, but this was my first purchase of a vehicle for myself. It was a fantastic experience to actually I have purchased many work vehicles for my company, but this was my first purchase of a vehicle for myself. It was a fantastic experience to actually order a Hellcat from the beginning checking off all of the options that I wanted. While almost all other dealers in the U.S. are charging many thousands above sticker price for this car, Spirit sold me the car for MSRP and they delivered exactly what they said they were going to do. The hellcat is a fantastic car and Spirit has the SRT trained mechanics that I want only to work on this special car. Mike Baus was a great help and the salesman Mike Connelly will get all of my future business on trucks and muscle cars. More

This is my 4th purchase from this dealership and there is a reason I keep going back. Every car that I purchase I do my due diligence on. I don't just blindly accept what any dealer gives as a price or deal. I make sure I check thoughout the area on the same vehicle at different dealerships to check on the best deal and best customer relationship. I was once in the car business and I know a fraud when I see one. There is a reason I keep coming back to spirit as the sales force and management do not play games with the customer and are very, very forthcoming on the actual prices they pay and what you will pay. They have not only beat the price every time I go out and purchase but they do it in a no haggle manner. Trust is a hard thing to come by when you are buying a vehicle and Spirit has earned it for good. More
