Going in for service I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. While waiting, I walked over to the truck lot where I located the R/T section where there were a variety I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. Been working with Spirit for at least 15 years now {bought 3 Jeeps (1 "Patriot" &, 2 "Grand Cherokee Laredo Special Editions"), Dodge Avenger, Dodge Dart, Plymouth Grand Voyager and even a Mercury Sable} and it is always a pleasure doing business with Spirit and my salesman, Mike Connolly. Outsatnding Service, Great experience I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He resp I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He responded to me very quickly and sent me several pictures of the vehicle. Shortly after I was contacted by Ed Underwood, who would be my sales person. I explained what I was interested in and that I lived 2 hrs. from them and wanted to get as much done prior to my visit. He was VERY accommodating and took care of all my needs quickly. Spirit also made selling my previous car to an outside party quick and painless even though the buyer caused a bit of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership, Ed along with Mike and Ronald Baus (owners) introduced themselves to me. Due to some minor issues with the sale of my car the staff stayed well after closing time to get me on my way and at no time did they give me the impression that they were inconvenienced by this. I will make the 2 hr drive again when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I just wish they were closer so I could get my vehicle serviced there. More
