Financing (Dana Rosenmeier) took way too long (3+hrs) and then missed having documentation signed the day we closed deal and wanted us to come back few days later only to have to wait another 40 mins for her then missed having documentation signed the day we closed deal and wanted us to come back few days later only to have to wait another 40 mins for her after we acknowledged we would be there at 1:00.
