The sales service was great at Elkins. I saw a truck online that had just come in so there was no pictures of it yet. My husband had been looking around for a new vehicle for some time. During that time he contacted a handful of other dealerships via email. Even through email, you could sense the sleaze and the games that some time. During that time he contacted a handful of other dealerships via email. We stopped by Elkins Chevrolet on a whim one day, just to look at the exterior of a vehicle we were considering. Mark Morace found us in the parking lot and immediately began making us feel at ease. He answered all of our questions with honest feedback, compared to the runaround, vague ‘answers’ that other dealerships had been giving us. Mark didn’t pressure us. He swapped contact information with us, assured us that the exact vehicle we were looking for should be arriving within the next couple of months, and promised to follow-up with an estimated monthly cost. My husband received an email, as promised, the next day. Previous dealerships wouldn’t even give us ballpark figure! Yesterday we drove home our 2024 Traverse z71. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Bob Borman (hope I got that right) in finance was also so easy to work with. Additionally, we sold our previous vehicle to Elkins (not part of the deal for the new car) and received what we were hoping to get for it. From start to finish, the buying and selling experience was so simple. No stereotypical ‘slimy salesmen’ here! We will be back when the time comes. More
