Mike was most helpful prior, during and concluding the transaction. Michael Berkowicz was an especially outstanding sales rep. He answered all our questions and was very generous with his time, making sure we understood everything about the car we bought, from beginning to end. We never felt hurried, or confused. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. And then, he even stood for some time out in the sun in the parking lot on the hottest day of the summer, leaning into the window of our new car, explaining and making sure we understood all the ins and outs of our new car before we drove it away. Mike was much more than just a good salesman. Not only was he clear and helpful to us in the many choices we had to make, but he also went the extra mile in helping us get out of a difficult and complex situation we had gotten ourselves into with a different dealer.
