Steingold is the only place I buy Volvo's from, and there have been many! The wonderful thing you many not experience elsewhere is the non-commissioned approach. Our purchase of a 2024 XC90 did involve Brian, Mike and Steve. They all helped in our experience. Never have I felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. I honestly feel a 'family' connection here, even when stopping in for service. We are extremely happy with the trade value (which Brian provided when we were picking up that car from it's 40k service and led to a very informative conversation with Brian, including letting us know about finance options, loyalty and holiday rebates). The car is stunning, and we are enjoying the new Google interface. We appreciated folks putting the load bars on along w/ the cargo cover. We actually took it home the same day. 100% recommend Steingold Volvo. More

I wanted to share an update as an owner of CPO S90 2018 which was 5 years / unlimited miles , I just saw the recent updates that you can only extend from your original selling dealer , this generated two M which was 5 years / unlimited miles , I just saw the recent updates that you can only extend from your original selling dealer , this generated two Major issues. 1- I bought the car online from different far State . ( I can't Go to them in person) . 2- I had pleasant experience with them so they did try to help but the dealer owner push only 3rd party warranty and does not sell any CPO Extension. I have tried to reach to dealers in my state (Washinton & Oregon) they all had 3rd party warranty and all of them were extremely expensive, cheapest was 3500 for 24 k miles extra / 2 more years. This is where Michael Bernardo shines @SteingoldVolvoCars . he was solution oriented. After sharing with him the original selling dealer does not sell extensions, he was able to get an exception from Volvo and extended the CPO warranty to 10 years / 100 k miles. By Far in any type of calculation the CPO Price for extensions is most cost effective and most secure choice for peace of mind Was Michael. after choosing the coverage I want and made a payment , within 12 hours he got the extension signed and sent . for anyone in the same position or live in same zone (Portland Oregon / Vancouver Washinton) . Make sure you reach to Michael Bernardo and share if your original dealer does not extend / sell CPO extensions and see what your choices is I can guarantee that he would be the most trustful / most cost effective for your Volvo needs . Finally, I appreciate @SteingoldVolvoCars transparent pricing online . Amr More
