Steve made buying this car so easy that I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a Volvo! This is by far the best customer experience that we have had at any dealership . We were Volvo owners before ever going anywhere else to buy a Volvo! This is by far the best customer experience that we have had at any dealership . We were Volvo owners before but this time around we considered other cars ....until we went to Steingold and drove that amazing S60. Between the car and the amazing service and the price etc. buying this was truly a "no brainer" To top it off, Michael gave us a great training on how to use all the bells and whistles. My husband and I bought an S60 4 years ago. After adding 2 kids and 1 dog to our family, we had completely outgrown the car and needed something bigger that could comfortably fit our growing family. After searching for a Volvo dealership in the area we came across Steingold. I should add that as a military family our S60 had been all over the country and we have dealt with some not so wonderful dealerships. Steingold has been, by far, the best Volvo dealership we have been to. Ever. They were enormously helpful, answering all of our questions and being patient as we test drove multiple vehicles, trying to make a decision on what fit us best. Being Washington state residents, the process to get our vehicles registered while we are out of state is normally a hassle and a huge headache. The guys at Steingold took care of all of it for us. (Thank you so much!) I would, without a doubt, recommend Steingold to anyone looking to get into a Volvo. Their no pressure, relaxed demeanor helped take the stress out of car buying. More

My experience at Steingold Volvo was just as easy and "no pressure" as any car buying experience should be. I had done a LOT of research before I went in for my test drives and Michael respected that. "no pressure" as any car buying experience should be. I had done a LOT of research before I went in for my test drives and Michael respected that. He asked me good questions to help me make a solid decision that I'd be happy with. He was willing to let me drive both cars, by myself, so that I could experience all of the features, etc. before buying. He was thorough in his follow-up on financing and colors that were currently available. My new car was ready, as promised, at a specific time. The only negative is that we have to go back to the dealership to swap our plates. I wish that was all taken care of when we went to pick it up originally. More

All in all I spent a total of maybe 2 hrs in the dealership during the whole ordeal start to finish...which has to be some sort of record. Highly recommend dealing with these folks. More
