I hate buying new cars, but my car was totaled in an accident so I had to get a new volvo. To my amazement I actually had a good time buying my new S60. I have been a Volvo owner since 1995 I have had a two 850 sedan, V70 wagaon and this purchase was my second XC90. Not only do we love the Volvo product, Steingold is by far the best Dealership around in New sedan, V70 wagaon and this purchase was my second XC90. Not only do we love the Volvo product, Steingold is by far the best Dealership around in New England, this was our first purchase from them, and we are sorry that we did not know of them sooner for all of our other prior Volvo purchases. I already know that we will purchase our next Volvo from there. They are the most professionally, friendliest, curtious, cleanest, well knowledge and par non service in New England hands down for dealerships and believe me I have been in several dealerships over the years. I have already recommend them to several of my friends who are thinking about purchasing Volvo's. I like the fact that they only deal in Volvo's and that everyone that works there is knowledgable in the product inside and out. We met with Paul Vellucci who helped us locate a model that had the specific features we were looking for. H and I decided to give Steingold a try. He stayed with us long after the dealership closed and got us into a new Volvo at a price we were very comfortable with. Mike Bernardo was also great, explaining the different features on the Volvo, including the setup and use of the car's electronics. This dealership has a great atmosphere and great personnel. Not only is my new 2013 XC-90 R-Design totally sweet, Steve worked to get me the exact car I wanted in less than a wee Steingold made it a great one. Not only is my new 2013 XC-90 R-Design totally sweet, Steve worked to get me the exact car I wanted in less than a week! I was away on vacation so we did everything through email. When I returned to get the car everything was set up for me - Bluetooth, Sirius subscription, accessories, financing, registration, even insurance. So easy, quick and really just quite pleasant. I was very nervous about negotiating a new car purchase but Steve is such a down to earth guy, it made it easy. I will definitely be returning to them for service, and can't recommend them highly enough. More

The overall experience with Steingold Volvo was excellent! I went to the dealership late Sat. afternoon and at about 5pm I decided to pull the trigger right when they were about to close. No worr excellent! I went to the dealership late Sat. afternoon and at about 5pm I decided to pull the trigger right when they were about to close. No worries at all from Stephen and less than 45 minutes all the paperwork was completed and I drove away in my new call. The customer service was an A++++ and the ease of buying was amazing. I would definitely recommend doing business with Steingold Volvo and I'm sure I'll be back again when we need another car. More
