The showroom is complete with the Volvo collection, clean, and browser friendly. I knew I was in the market for a Volvo when I walked in but wasn't sure what most fit my lifestyle. Both Michael and Steve Bernardo helped settle my mind on the right vehicle- which was easy on account of the fact that they were there to help me make a decision, not sell me... and I couldn't be happier with MY choice. I recommend Steingold to everyone who is looking for a seamless, pleasant, and reassuring experience when buying a new car, because thats the experience I had. I have purchased many cars in the past 40 years. Steingold Volvo stands head and shoulders above every other dealer I have purchased from (and there were some very good ones in the mix). I researched this purchase and tracked available inventory as far away as Virginia. Everyone wanted to sell me a new car, only Michael presented the whole package (salesmanship, honesty, service and consistency). This is a major investmant. I know that it will be well managed by Steingold's proven excellence in service (we have been having our 2006 S60 AWD serviced for most of its 6 years at Steingold because the original seller had poor after sale ability). We are so pleased with our new Volvo XC60 AWD, that we are willing to speak, personally, with any perspective purchaser about our experience. More

This was not the first vehicle dealership we had been to, and we appreciated not being approached the second we entered their parking lot. When we went to pick up our new Volvo, our salesman, Paul Vellucci introduced us to Steingolld's service department personnel and to Mike Bernardo, who offered to 'spend as much time as it takes' to get us comfortable with all of the new technology in our XC60 - and he did exactly as promised. New technology always carries with it a learning curve that can be both time consuming and frustrating, but Mike and Paul ensured that we were completely comfortable before we left. More

This report focuses on our experience purchasing the car and updates from Mike regarding the status of the order. We are VERY SATISFIED purchasing the car from Steingold Volvo and working with Mike! We have wonderful things to say about our experience -- they showed a great level of professionalism, have been very friendly and whole procedure of ordering was done very quickly. Here is how it went. First, we sent an email using their website. In about 30 min, Mike called us back and we discussed the car, price, deposit, and ordering procedure. He answered all of our questions! A few days later we set up an appointment with them and ordered the car. There was no pushing, convincing, or anything similar. We were happy with the price and finalized the procedure with them. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience for us so far! A few weeks after the order was placed Mike called us with the update regarding our order and gave us estimated delivery date. This was what he initially promised, and he kept his word. As I said, we are very happy for ordering the car from them and working with Mike. The reason we decided to write this review is that people are usually posting negative experiences, but we felt it was important to share very positive ones as well. We will write our experiences regarding the delivery of the car (second report) and first visit to the service for oil change etc (third report). More

My wife and I had never done business with Steingold Volvo before, but we had seen their ad online so we decided to check out their preowned inventory of XC70 and XC90's. We met Steve upon our arrival Volvo before, but we had seen their ad online so we decided to check out their preowned inventory of XC70 and XC90's. We met Steve upon our arrival and he was extremely friendly and helpful showing us what they had in stock. After viewing a couple of XC70's we saw an XC90 and immediately knew it was the right car for us. It was in extremely good condition with new tires and had all the features we were seeking. Steve gave us a very good financing package and after no more than two hours we left the dealership with a new car. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
