Mike Bettencourt was excellent. He greeted me promptly at 7:55 for my 8:00 appointment, knew I would be there, and processed me quickly. My RAV4 was completed on time, was repaired perfectly, and I was on my way in a timely fashion. Mike was excellent. Boch South was clean and practicing social distancing. I was totally satisfied. I love going to South Boch Toyota. The people there are very polite and courteous, very friendly, and very professional.
