I went to this dealership hoping to get a new Mercedes GLA. I previously had such a bad experience at the Acura dealership when purchasing my RDX. When I went here I was greeted by Micheal. He showed me the car I wanted and was able to help me trade in my Acura. He did his best to try and accommodate for what I asked for. The paper work was nice and simple. The car was ready for pick up within a week. Pick up was very smooth and easy. I am beyond happy with my new car and the service I received by Michael. I love my Certified Pre-Owned 2019 AMG E53 Convertible! I was searching for this car and found it at Mercedes Benz Rockville Center. The car only had 11,000 miles, one owner and a clean carfax. My salesman, Michael Bianco, was super kind and patient while I was deciding which vehicle to purchase. I knew what I wanted as soon as I laid eyes on it in the showroom so it wasn’t a difficult deal. Howe while I was deciding which vehicle to purchase. I knew what I wanted as soon as I laid eyes on it in the showroom so it wasn’t a difficult deal. However, putting everything together was a bit sticky since I have out of state plates. That didn’t worry or intimidate Michael (or Alan who put my finance paperwork together). Delivery process was smooth yet personal, which I appreciated. This is my third Mercedes and I can honestly say after owning a couple of BMW’s, I’m beyond thrilled to be back! There is truly nothing like a Benz. Thank you again to Michael and the team! More
