I purchased my first Lexus at this dealership and I was amazed at the service of the sales team, finance team and technology team. Micheal Klein was my sales agent and I recommend working with him. Everyone was very courteous, and Helpful. McKenzie was very helpful first and actually suggested we look at the Nori Green Pearl RX350L Luxury. My wife is not usually a green car person, but McKenzie was very helpful first and actually suggested we look at the Nori Green Pearl RX350L Luxury. My wife is not usually a green car person, but as soon as she saw it she loved it. Michael was very helpful, and professional and delivered the car to Okeechobee for us. Thank You Mike. Bugs got on the car between the dealership and delivery. He took the car to a car wash. Steve in Finance was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked questions. Dianne Spenser was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient on a Sunday evening. She didn't rush us at all. Anthony was attentive, as he made a point to keep checking on us. More

My wife Judy and I had the good fortune to work with Mike Bowen in our search to find a new 2022 Lexus NX 350 H Premium with the specific requirements of eminent white exterior and palomino interior. Not an Bowen in our search to find a new 2022 Lexus NX 350 H Premium with the specific requirements of eminent white exterior and palomino interior. Not an easy request considering the difficulty automobile manufactures are having producing cars world wide at this time. Mike provided excellent follow up, explaining the process and keeping us up to date. The day finally came and the final sale and delivery process was handled to perfection. Everything handled very professional and explained to a "T". Mike was on top of everything making the experience easy and comfortable.
