She always wanted a Lexus so I called and was transferred to Mike Bowen. Not only did he advise us what to do with her current car, he was SUPER responsive to all of my questions. He's incredibly knowledgeable and also patient and kind. I never felt like he was trying to make a sale. With his excellent service, we felt so well taken care of and knew we didn't have to look any further. He made the process easy and then we met the rest of the team who were equally friendly and professional. Kudos to Marc Jean for his kindness and patience while teaching us about the car.
