I ended up working with Mike Br This was my first time looking for a new vehicle and I had ideas about what I wanted but needed a lot of guidance too. I ended up working with Mike Brooks who was absolutely fantastic. He was not the stereotypical "pushy car salesman". Mike was truly wonderful, his ease and friendliness eased the situation and did not make it overwhelming or intimidating. He did not call me every single day asking for an update or pressuring me, he took the time it required to go through the process. Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all questions I had. He worked diligently to ensure that a vehicle was found that had all of the bells and whistles that we wanted for my jeep as well as the requirements my parents held. He went the extra mile to stay in communication with myself and my dad who was part of the deal as well. We also worked with Joe who was the General Manager (can't remember his last name, sorry Joe!) He too went, the extra mile to make sure a Jeep was found that met all our requirements. I was fortunate to drive away with a brand new Jeep Cherokee. This was a pleasant experience and I'm extremely lucky to have been able to work with Mike. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and come back in the future. More
