When I was greeted by Michael, it was as if I had purchased my car at his dealership. He spoke to me about my Rover's issues, and outlined the work to be completed. They provided me a loaner car, and called the next day for me to pick up my car. When I arrived, Michael greeted me, reviewed the work and called for my car. The experience could not have been easier. I will refer anyone in the Naples area to purchase or have their vehicle serviced at Land Rover Naples. Thank you again Michael! More

Excellent Service Care This is the third year I've brought my Jaguar in for annual service. Michael has been there to take care of me and my F-Pace each year. When I call to schedule the appointment we go over what is needed with this annual appointment and if I have any concerns. He's very helpful in understanding what I mean when I'm describing my version of any issues I may have with it (rubbing/moaning noise out of steering wheel, my bumper lost a battle with the stucco on the garage when backing out of the garage...). When I bring my car in, I have his full attention in checking it in and going over what they will be doing. Picking up my car is as easy as dropping it off - my F-Pace is waiting for me, clean and beautiful and I am one happy customer. They have my loyalty because of this care, I will be looking here for my next vehicle. More
