Certified pre owned expectations Vehicle was not ready or cleaned when I arrived to the dealer from Nebraska. I was told the vehicle went through a long inspection and if something was wrong they fixed it. It had mud on the seats, dirty headliner, disgusting key fobs covered in grime, layers of grime and dirt on the steering wheel function buttons, and around the shifter. The bed cover still had a broken figurine glued to the top of the bed. The bed cover did not come with the keys to lock it. The assisted tailgate is not functioning. The sales manager was fairly rude to me after I refused to split the cost of new tires for my trade in. Which still had plenty of tred and was perfectly safe to drive. Overall not a good experience. I am still cleaning the pickup myself and fixing things that should have been done to receive the CPO designation. More

2013 ford edge Salesman was great and super nice. I understand that you don't put gas in used vehicles for customers however I drove over an hour to get there to bu Salesman was great and super nice. I understand that you don't put gas in used vehicles for customers however I drove over an hour to get there to buy the truck and I had to stop on my way home to get gas. The passenger mirror cover is missing off of the truck it's been about 3 to 4 weeks and I still haven't received the replacement. Neither key fob works which I wasn't aware when I bought the truck. I've called Ford headquarters I've gone to a Ford dealership and no one can seem to fix it. I even asked the salesman to call the customer who owns the vehicle before me to see if they worked and they said no not in over a year. I don't feel as though I should be the one doing all the legwork to get working key fobs. It's extremely frustrating and an inconvenience that I don't have any working key fobs. A little disappointed in the entire situation. More
