It is family owned and not in a big market, but well worth the effort to go to St. Augustine. From first greeting to test drive to doing the deal and getting delivery, it’s pleasant. Got a fair deal on my trade as well. From Andre Bowers in sales to Andy Harris in management, Rick Garcia in finance and Michael & Brendan in Lincoln delivery & orientation, it was well done by all. BTW - you will feel the family ownership difference. This was my first time at this dealership, and my first Lincoln, but it was impressive. Bozard has been rated highly by Ford Motor Company & Automotive News. I can see why. More
