I came in on Saturday August 12, 2022. I had been researching vehicles actively for two months prior to stepping foot in Bonneville and Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Coming from a 2021 Ford I had been researching vehicles actively for two months prior to stepping foot in Bonneville and Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Coming from a 2021 Ford Ranger, I knew I needed a full-size pick-up like the Ram 1500, and was already preapproved for financing through Navy Federal Credit Union. I am in the Navy, and from NH. I chose this dealer because it had great reviews and wanted a no-xxxxxxxx straight forward deal. I went with a friend and was greeted outside by the Sales & leasing consultant Josh Lawrence. He was a good listener, professional, non-pressuring, and communicative throughout the entire process. Josh Lawrence got me 4K off the MSRP, and threw absolutely every rebate he could at me. He met the price I asked for, and valued my business entirely. I purchased the vehicle, and was slated to pick it up Monday once it was prepared for me. I recommend him to ANYONE, and he truly made me feel valued, and 100% satisfied with my purchase. Josh was set to go on vacation that evening so he introduced me to Michael Carlisle, who would assist me Monday with the final touches. I called him Monday morning for an update on when the vehicle would be ready, and asked if his team could have a tonneau cover installed as well. He talked to them and got me options and prices ASAP. Within an hour and a half the cover was installed and the vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I arrived Michael Carlisle went through all the amazing features of the electronics in the vehicle, such as setting up CarPlay and making sure my RAM account was accurately set up. He was professional, easy to understand, and made my final experience an amazing one. Thank you to not only Josh and Michael, but the entire Bonneville and Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team. You have my trust, my continuing business, highest recommendation for military personnel, and will be my first call for any vehicles in the future! Todd was amazing from the beginning of my visit until I finalized all of my paperwork. He went over and beyond to help me expedite documents.
