Mike is not very honest and a tad greedy. He told me job would be about $390 plus oil change that would be about $50, then called and said $815. I said no.... he then called back and said he sharpened his pencil and it would be $618. On the receipt it says I requested a wheel alignment, not true, since I already had one done when I bought new tires last year $70. Mike told me I needed it not true. All I asked for was oil change and replace bushing in steering column. Mike, I think you would much better telling the truth instead of taking advantage of an elderly lady. Service department did a great job, will not be back to see your salesman Mike. More

I had a 2020 Toyota Sienna that the differential burned out whe a uniformed 24 year old tow truck drive towed my AWD vehicle with the back tire on the road I stead of o. A flatbed.
