10/10 Mike was the best! He was so helpful with my jeep. I go away to school so to be home for a short weekend I was worried it wouldn't be fixed in time. H Mike was the best! He was so helpful with my jeep. I go away to school so to be home for a short weekend I was worried it wouldn't be fixed in time. He assured me it would be and he was right! He made me feel like first priority and made the process so easy for me! I will definitely be asking for Mike again and only him whenever I need my car serviced!! More

Excellent service provided by Service Adviser Michael Casey I recently had a problem with a disturbing rattle sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Service Advisor Michael Casey helped in gett I recently had a problem with a disturbing rattle sound coming from the rear of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and Service Advisor Michael Casey helped in getting the issue corrected last month. He had stated that he felt the issue was related to the suspension, and suggested replacing the link stabilizers. He had me back on the road in a very short time, and I can't overstate my satisfaction with the service I received. I have another jeep dealership located closer to my home in Westbury but have felt I have always been best served by driving the extra few miles to East Hills. Mike Casey only reinforced my positive view on the East Hills dealership. Thanks you Mike! P.S. Marc Siegel and Jon Piansky are two additional employees that have assisted me in the past and have also drawn me back to East Hills. Overall a great staff! More
