Above and Beyond Michael Casey (My Service Advisor) has been exceptional. I have an ongoing issue with my 2014 Jeep.and I felt like he made it his personal mission to Michael Casey (My Service Advisor) has been exceptional. Greatest dealer / service experience so far!!! I came to East Hills last minute with a problem my drivers door was having. Michael Casey was my service ad I just had to bring in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for routine oil change and there was a recall issue to address as well. Michael Casey was my service advisor. He was friendly, accommodating and helpful. He told me that the recall would take some time as the software update was a little slow; but he was very accurate in telling me what time I would be out of there.
