Great service!! Bought my 3rd car from them. After one day of driving my check engine light went on. I took it in and Mike Casey helped me out right away. He was very Bought my 3rd car from them. After one day of driving my check engine light went on. I took it in and Mike Casey helped me out right away. He was very friendly and assured me that I would be taken care of properly. After a short moment I was told that my vehicle had a small issue and the part wasn't in stock but they were sending someone to get it from another dealership. I was offered a ride to a nearby diner in the meantime. Mike called me up shortly after and told me my car was ready. I was picked up and dropped back off at the dealer where my vehicle was waiting for me. Mike thoroughly explained the issue I had and told me to call back with any questions or issues I may have. Needless to say my car is driving beautifully and I've had no issues since. I always have a pleasant experience with this dealership, but this visit further solidified my reasoning to keep coming back. Thank you Mike for taking care of me and thank you to the entire service department! More

Though I paid a bit more than I anticipated, the service was done quickly and, as much i can tell, correctly. I had them look at one of my mirrors which freezes closed in the cold weather. I honestly expected them to tell me it's OK and that that is normal when it gets below freezing, they told me the technician didn't really like the movement and they are replacing it under warranty, I just need to wait for it to come in. The service advisor who assisted me was friendly and informative. While there I also had to take care of my Extended Warranty, so I had to talk with Arnie. He is a great guy and he is very honest with you and helpful in picking the correct plan that would suit my needs best. Over all a great experience. More

Michael was the first person I spoke to and was more than happy to help and provide advice above and beyond the basic service center minimum. He has proven to be reasonable, trustworthy, honest, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. In the end we decided not to move forward with the extensive repairs needed as it did not make financial sense, and Michael was helpful in guiding us to this decision instead of pushing us into an endless money pit, proving he is there to help and advise and not just gouge like some dealership horror stories you'll hear. East Hills, and Michael in particular, is NOT a dealership horror story though - a great, honest place to do business and repairs. More
