Our experience at Newton Ford South in Shelbyville was Excellent! Our salesman, Nathan Cheatom was great! Sales managers Chase and Chad got the deal started for us and had everything put together before w Excellent! Our salesman, Nathan Cheatom was great! Sales managers Chase and Chad got the deal started for us and had everything put together before we walked in. James in finance made the paperwork process quick and painless. After shopping some other TN dealerships and being a bit disappointed, The guys at Newton were rock stars! I Highly recommend this sales team and this Ford dealership! More

I bought a new 2020 Edge ST, my second form Newton Ford. When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warrant When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships...... More

One excuse after another. Never once did they bring down the cost of the car we were interested. And they stated they were sending my application to Capital One and then I fi Never once did they bring down the cost of the car we were interested. And they stated they were sending my application to Capital One and then I find out they sent it to 5 places! That royally pissed me off! Never again will I deal with Newton! Never even heard from a Manager to see what could be done! Oh well, they lost a sale and a customer! More

My wife and I recently purchased 2 vehicles from this location, and to say we had a good encounter would be an understatement.
