Service Department Had few issues with my car, called and made an appointment. Don’t like to take it in for one single thing because i have a busy schedule. When I met the service advisor there, first thing he said “you have a long list” and then he went on to tell me about normal tear and wear, as if he was lecturing me. He was disrespectful on multiple levels. I am a MB type of a person and that was the first time I encountered such a poor service from MB. More

Driver seat! I'm giving everyone a good review! But from the time of purchase I have had a seat issue! The seat worked perfect the first week when it was programe I'm giving everyone a good review! But from the time of purchase I have had a seat issue! The seat worked perfect the first week when it was programed by Brandon then it stoped. He could not get it to program when tried again. Ron white tried it & it worked for him then quit working. The seat is suppose to go back & when entering & exiting the car! It only does this occasionally. When I have taken it in I have been told it is normal. It is not! Also I was told at the beginning once Mercedes has had a number of complaint then they might do something about it. I They have told me not working because I have the seat to far back for it to work properly ( I'm 5'3) It work every once in a while. I love my car everything else is great & I can live with out this working! More

There is additional minor issues I experienced with them, all reflects low level customer service most likely due to lack of competition More

Issues I bought my car end of April and only have been able to drive it maybe 2 weeks. It has been in for service weeks at a time. Thank goodness for it bein I bought my car end of April and only have been able to drive it maybe 2 weeks. It has been in for service weeks at a time. Thank goodness for it being certified and still under warranty! Had it not this would be a 1 star rating. Just picked my car up from service last week and none of the issues I took it in for are fixed. They thought they fixed them as the 4 other times it’s been in so I will be dropping it back off and hopefully they will fix the issues. It’s not easy making a car payment on a car you haven’t been able to drive. More

Trunk lock set failure. I arrived at the appointment time and Michael determined that the lock set on my 2011 ML350, had failed. "It just doesn't get any better!" I had an insurance claim for damage to the front underside of the car. Farmers insurance told me that they prefer that I work with one of their body I had an insurance claim for damage to the front underside of the car. Farmers insurance told me that they prefer that I work with one of their body shops to complete the repair. I brought the car into Mercedes for 2 other minor warranty issues. Mercedes Service gave me a loaner car and at no point tried to force my insurance claim through their department.(though I would have preferred it). I am now sitting in my office waiting for my car to be completed knowing full well that Mercedes Service would have completed it days ago. Thanks! More
