Outstanding! Scott, I can't remember everyones name. The service is awesome and the whole staff was extremely courteous. I live in Tulsa, Ok, so getting to OKC i Scott, I can't remember everyones name. The service is awesome and the whole staff was extremely courteous. I live in Tulsa, Ok, so getting to OKC isn't always easy, but it is worth it. I chose Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City for sales and service, and I did it for a reason. I think my service advisor was Michael, Hailey set up the appointment and Frank provided loaner. Everyone including you Scott were outstanding. Special thanks to Frank Charles. Appreciate you all. Absolutely outstanding: Seven-Star! Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City offered absolutely seven-star service for our E300 and our GLE350 cars last month. They had always been excellent, but Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City offered absolutely seven-star service for our E300 and our GLE350 cars last month. They had always been excellent, but now they almost cannot be bettered. We live in Norman. They picked up our cars from home, performed the service that was due, and dropped the cars back in a few hours, all well done. Not only that, their communication at every stage was truly awesome. As their drivers left their facility to pick up our car(s), they texted us, and provided a link that would give the location of the driver in real-time; and similarly when they picked up our car and dropped it back. It is an unbelievable level of service. I hope they can keep it up! More

Great Service My visit to MB okc was for some service. I was greeted right away after i pulled in. The young man called me by name shook my hand. My service advisor Michael came over and explained how things worked. Asked if i need water or coffee, put me in a loaner vehicle and i was on my way. A few hours later he called said my vehicl was ready. What a pleasent visit. Thanks MB okc for an awesome visit. More
