I live in Tulsa, Ok, so getting to OKC isn't always easy, but it is worth it. I chose Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City for sales and service, and I did it for a reason. Absolutely outstanding: Seven-Star! Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City offered absolutely seven-star service for our E300 and our GLE350 cars last month. They had always been excellent, but Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City offered absolutely seven-star service for our E300 and our GLE350 cars last month. They had always been excellent, but now they almost cannot be bettered. We live in Norman. They picked up our cars from home, performed the service that was due, and dropped the cars back in a few hours, all well done. Not only that, their communication at every stage was truly awesome. As their drivers left their facility to pick up our car(s), they texted us, and provided a link that would give the location of the driver in real-time; and similarly when they picked up our car and dropped it back. It is an unbelievable level of service. I hope they can keep it up! More
