I really enjoyed my Subaru purchase. Sales was very accommodating, the lead and information gathering phases were all timely, and i personally trusted and respected Mike’s sales style. My interaction ranging from the very beginning of my first inquiry with the Bay Ridge Subaru dealership-from the time of placing the call to making an appointment with Michael Chiusanso, General Sales Manager- to the day I bought my car was done with ease. Michael's professional and genuineness (qualities I don't usually associate with cars salesman) were evident through my whole car buying experience. Not only was I previous happy with my car service repairs with Subaru, but now I very pleased to have the same experience on the business end as well. Michael was thorough and promptly responsive with any question I had. He was transparent with all the quotes given and even threw in a few extras to seal the deal. HIs honesty and compassion should not go unrecognized. Bayridge Subaru is the place I will purchasing all future cars and will be recommending to family and friends. Anybody searching for a new car should look no further than Bayridge Subaru. I am confident that their interaction with Michael or any of their other salespeople will be awesome too! More

No high pressure sales Went in looking for a used 2018 Outback. After looking for a few minutes, Andre Arzuza, told us for almost the same price look at new. He was right. Went in looking for a used 2018 Outback. After looking for a few minutes, Andre Arzuza, told us for almost the same price look at new. He was right. We got a great deal on a 2019 from the lot. We were very happy with the deal. Had not bought a new car in 30 years. The one negative is dealing with the hard sell from fiance (we paid cash) wanted me to spend another $6,000 on sealant, extend warranty, fob insurance and others. We did not buy any. From the great salesman to this was a complete 360. I would definitely go back to buy another car. More
