Bay Ridge Subaru is the BEST! Recently leased my second Subaru Forester from this dealership. My first contact was with the lovely Bianca, who verified a current promotion and set up my appointment for a test drive. My sales person was Ruben Loaiza who was fabulous. We did the test drive, went through ALL details of the car and answered all my questions thoroughly and willingly. Manager Michael Chiusano stopped by and I learned about the new complimentary "Buyers Benefits" *Very Beneficial*. Finance was handled by Roy Malinov, who was very professional. Once again, I was happy with this experience and drove home in my new 2020 Forester. More

We encountered a snafu with the second car which caused some 'growing pains' with the business. After several conversations, we were able to agree on a moving forward option.
