Andre was a wonderful salesman! He was very thorough on updating us about the latest improvements to the Crosstrek. As leasees, we were sad that the loyalty discount and other incentives had been eliminated post COVID but Subaru has been a reliable brand for us from the start. The finance manager Roy was also really good about buttoning up our paperwork and explaining the various options we had available to us without making us feel pressured which is a massive turn-off when we make big money decisions because we know what we want. Thanks guys! More
