I've been eyeing on a Subaru Forester for a while now. I decided to stop by Bay Ridge Subaru to take a look into the car and see what my options were. I had no appointment, but they were able to fit me in. Gerald was the salesman that worked with me and he was extremely patient. This is my first time purchasing a car and he walked me through the process diligently. He was able to answer my many questions and provided me with multiple options of financing plans. He was extremely knowledgeable and courtesy. Mark was also very thorough and professional when we finalized the papers. After the paperwork, Gerald went over the car's function and utility before we drove it home. Overall, 10/10 experience. We will be referring Bay Ridge Subaru to any of our friends/family that is looking to purchasing one. -Jason More
