This was my first Lexus purchase and first experience buying a car from Lexus of Naperville. Simply put from the initial meeting with my sales person, the dealerships evaluation of my used car trade in, buying a car from Lexus of Naperville. Simply put from the initial meeting with my sales person, the dealerships evaluation of my used car trade in, the fairness of the car price, their "no pressure" approach to the customer and the incredibly thorough experience picking up my Lexus RX350.... it was a completely enjoyable experience. I have purchased half a dozen cars and never once would i have said that statement in any previous car purchase. I would most definitely buy a Lexus from Lexus of Naperville again! More

I live nearly 800 miles from this dealership and this is the second vehicle I've purchased from Sal Lala. I literally purchased this vehicle over the phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was prep the second vehicle I've purchased from Sal Lala. I literally purchased this vehicle over the phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay; I called Sal and he got things rolling. Within a few weeks my vehicle arrived and I made the trip to pick it up. Having resolved all issues previously on the phone, I walked into the dealership at 1 p.m. and was on my way out by 3:15 p.m. Never have I been so pleased and satisfied with an automobile purchase. Sal is such a pleasure to work with - he's courteous, professional, competent and trustworthy. I certainly will not hesitate to call him again for future purchases. Mike Comer was also a pleasure to work with; he explained everything about my new vehicle in a way I easily understood. He helped me program my phone and radio and assured me (as Sal did) that I could always call him if I ever needed assistance. So far I haven't done that, but I know that if I do, both he and Sal will be there for me. More

Although we were purchasing a used car with extra miles on it, the staff treated us as though we were buying a brand new car. Paul Cocco handled our service questions directly and efficiently. Tthe staff at Lexus of Naperville has far exceed previous experiences with another dealership, and they are also very good! Lexus of Naperville provided every bit of service I've come to expect from a Lexus Dealership. They were responsive and knowledgable. They beat another local Lexus dealership for my business, partl I've come to expect from a Lexus Dealership. They were responsive and knowledgable. They beat another local Lexus dealership for my business, partly through effective price negotiation, and partly because they understood better what I wanted from the car. Frankly, I only went to them for a sanity check. I wanted to make sure the deal I'd gotten from the other dealership was valid. Instead, they won my business. With no hints on price, they beat the other dealership's offer, and they knew (or at least decided to share more) regarding the options on the vehicle that were important to me. They were also more responsive with respect to pre-sales. I don't have anything to compare them to with respect to post-sales. I had not purchased a car for 15 years (driving two very old Lexus vehicles until I made this purchase). That having been said, their attention to detail - from making sure I know all the features and technology of the new car, to installing the i-Pass from the old vehicle for me, to having my iPhone set-up before I left the premise - was outstanding. Wish I lived closer. Then I could make use of the lifetime free car washes for my new car. More

In my search for a vehicle I had been to several dealerships in the area. Not a single one of them provided the service, honesty and welcomeness that Lexus of Naperville has provided. I was personally taken care by Mr. Scott Darst and Mr. Micheal Comer, both of which exceeded my expectations. At no point did I feel like I was being "sold" a car. These men are both well versed in their area of expertise and were by far the best representatives of any car dealership that I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Naperville, especially Mr. Scott Darst and Mr. Micheal Comer. Their hospitality was well recognized and will not be forgotten when I am on the search for my next Lexus. More

My buying experience with Michael Comer was truly outstanding. From beginning to end, I felt as though he was there as a friendly, knowledgeable and valuable resource who was genuinely interested in outstanding. From beginning to end, I felt as though he was there as a friendly, knowledgeable and valuable resource who was genuinely interested in assisting me find the right vehicle for me. At no time did I feel any pressure from him to buy a vehicle, which I especially appreciated because I wanted to take my time to look around at other vehicles and find out what all my options were before making a decision. Being very detail oriented, I tend to ask many questions and was impressed with his knowledge and the time and attention he gave to address my questions even when I wasn't sure what vehicle I would ultimately end up buying or when. I kept finding myself going back to the Lexus dealership, and when I concluded that the ES350 was definitely the car for me, I felt as though I owed Michael all the credit for helping me find the right vehicle. I was just as impressed with the negotiation process. When I presented what I had researched, he confirmed that what I had pulled was consistent and accurate, and we were able to arrive at a very competitive and fair price. I appreciated the transparency and actually enjoyed the negotation process. After purchasing the vehicle, Michael spent a significant amount of time helping me understand how to use the car's different features, drove the car to my home, and even set up my phone connections and garage opener features. He asked me to call him any time if I have questions about any of the features or anything else for that matter, and he followed up to make sure everything was well. When I had purchased the vehicle, I thought I wanted to get modified wheels and had included their purchase as part of the purchase contract. Even though they would be special ordered and arrive the following week, they let me take the vehicle so I could use it in the meantime. However, that same evening, I realized I liked the wheels that were on the vehicle and wanted to get some other options for the car instead (including 3M protection, all-weather floor mats, etc.). I called Michael the next morning, and they happily canceled the order for the wheels and worked with me to take care of my request for the additional features. My entire purchase process was everything plus more that I could have expected, including a genuine concern for my satisfaction not just before and during the purchase, but afterward as well. Michael and Lexus of Naperville exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a Lexus. More

I have heard about what customer service means for many companies and organizations during 20 years of my professional life. Michael Comer at Lexus of Naperville gave it a new meaning. The constant information education he provided during the sales process was simply incredible. He was an encyclopedia of automobile information. The professionalism and a passion for helping customers that he displayed during the sales process convinced me that I will buy a Lexus. He never pushed the sale, just was a good consultant and advisor. The real kicker was after the sale was complete. Michael had to come to my house to pick up the check. While I was writing the check, he setup my garage door opener to work with the car. How many times have you heard of a sales guy doing that for you? Then he explained a lot of car features to my kids who were admiring the new car. Later, he called me and emailed me numerous times to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Even today when I went to the dealership to get my free car wash, he stopped by to talk. Unfortunately I got a small scuff on the side of my new car(sigh). He went to the car wash manager (Bill) . Bill buffed the side of the car for free and made it good as new. All for nothing. While Bill was taking care of the scuff, Michael saw that my iPass toll transponder was not mounted. He got a velcro and mounted it himself !! The personal attention and care everyone has provided to me is inspiring to me as someone who leads a customer service organization himself. I walked out of the dealership today with one word...WOW. Thank you Michael and thank you Lexus of Naperville. More

First of all I purchased 2 vehicles just this year from them. Michael Comer was outstanding. He had answers to most of my questions immediately and the few he didn't he promptly responded either before I them. Michael Comer was outstanding. Not only that but after the purchase he followed up and was able to answer those new owner questions you'd have to scour a 300 page manual to find. This dealership doesn't just say they have loaners and are booked when you need them like so many others. No, they will come to your house with the loaner and do scheduled maintenance on your vehicle. For the few times when I did have to wait the lounge was great with snacks and beverages and a kids playroom. Even then it was only a few minutes wait. I loved my experience and recommend them to anyone. More
