Josh was very kind and worked hard to get us out of our Kia and into a new 2019 Ford flex. I had went to Hendrick Honda in hickory and I sat there for 6 hours and they said the manager would call me later Kia and into a new 2019 Ford flex. I had went to Hendrick Honda in hickory and I sat there for 6 hours and they said the manager would call me later in the day or next day to get the papers up for a new car after they called and told me that i could get a new car. We'll never got a call back. So I visited Paramount ford and talked with Josh he got me a car within 5 hrs. I am also a volunteer firefighter and they really gave me a good deal with the firefighter discount. If anyone wants a car or truck see Josh he can help make it happen. More

We had a great experience at Paramount Ford. Our sales persons Micheal Connell and Phillip Powell were amazing. They found us two vehicles that were perfectly suited for us. Very impressed with Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese I had excellent service on my 2011 Hyundai that had to be towed to Paramount, but decided to investigate the possibility of trading it for something n I had excellent service on my 2011 Hyundai that had to be towed to Paramount, but decided to investigate the possibility of trading it for something newer that might be more reliable and cost-efficient. Service Advisor Terry Taylor referred me to Christopher Arrowood or Brent Buff in sales. I was placed with Christopher. He was great and impressed me as knowledgeable and trustworthy. I appreciated his care and thorough research in identifying an appropriate vehicle for me - a 2018 Ford Fiesta with just over 5000 miles - which I now own. He stayed late, but showed no impatience, convincing me that my satisfaction was paramount. Brent Buff inquired about how I was being treated during the process to which I could honestly respond, "great." I already have sung the praises of the folks at Paramount, especially commending Terry Taylor and Christopher ("CJ") Arrowood. They have attracted me as a loyal customer who intends to send others their way. More
