I checked with a dealer closer to my home prior to going to Paramount and got the best price and trade-in allowance at Paramount, They did not have the exact car I wanted in inventory but were able to get exactly what I wanted from another dealership in just a few hours. Michael Connell is consistently excellent to work with as is the Service department. I always return to Paramount to have my car serviced even though it's an hour and a half from my home. Once again, an excellent experience. More

Paramount has a reputation for setting the standard for Quality and Service as this was exemplified in my dealings with my sales associate Michael Connell. Michael was very easy to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. Michael also let me know about Paramount's various dealerships and inventory they had available. Michael provided me with all available service records and vehicle history reports. He was very professional and easy to deal with. If you want a sales associate that is intelligent, approachable, and willing to listen to ensure you are completely satisfied, then Michael Connell is your man. Oh yeah, don't let me forget about the competitive pricing!!! I'm always looking for the best deal sobefore purchasing I researched current market pricing. Paramount blew everyone away!!! Completely satisfied At first I stopped by Paramount in Valdese just for convenience sake. But I ended up choosing them over every other dealer in North Carolina. The reason being, there willingness to help me make the right decision. They were willing to do anything I needed to help with my decision. Michael Connell, the representative that was helping me, even went all the way to hickory to see their sister store to retrieve the exact version of the car I was interested in. They were adamant about me not getting anything that might displease me in any way. They had sold the car I was looking at but had another identical one for me; however, the interior was not the right color. Instead of trying to talk me into bypassing my preference, they were more than willing to retrieve the car I was wanting, down to the T. I ended up getting a manual, 2016 Hyundai Elantra and I have never been more satisfied. I am in love with my new car and am very great full for their great and flawless service. More
