Worth the drive for my 2015 F-150 FX4 After an exhausting online search for the exact truck I wanted, I came across Paramount Ford. They didn't have the truck I was after, but I inquired After an exhausting online search for the exact truck I wanted, I came across Paramount Ford. They didn't have the truck I was after, but I inquired about 2 units that were pretty close. Within 10 min., I received a phone call from Michael Connell. At this point, I was frustrated with my local dealerships unwillingness to spend the time or exert the effort to find MY TRUCK, so I answered Michael's call with a bit of skepticism. He informed me that one of the units I was looking at had been sold, but the 2nd unit was available. I already had my heart set on white and the truck he had was silver and didn't have a few features that I wanted....Hmmm. At that point, I almost pulled the trigger. I told Michael that the white FX4 with the sport package just looked awesome. He immediately agreed because he owns a white 2014 FX4. I think at that point Michael understood the type of buyer I was and asked me what I wanted and he would find it. After two near misses that were out of Michael's control, he finally found my truck at a dealership in WV. The next day, I made the 2-1/2 hour drive to Paramount Ford to ink the deal. Michael was waiting outside to greet me as I arrived. First class move Michael... on top of all that, Michael offered to have my new truck delivered to me personally, to save me another 2-1/2 hour trip back to his dealership. My expectations were now officially exceeded. Thank you Michael for all of your hard work, and rest assured that I will gladly recommend you and Paramount Ford to any of my family and friends looking to buy a vehicle. More
