I found a vehicle on-line I was interested in, communicated on-line in making a deal, then drove 45 miles to close the deal. Straight forward, easy to deal with, just like I wanted it. NEVER BEFORE!! NEVER AGAIN!! I went to Paramount Ford this morning at around 8:30am to look at a used sport utility vehicle. Talked to the sales person drove the car raised it up I went to Paramount Ford this morning at around 8:30am to look at a used sport utility vehicle. Talked to the sales person drove the car raised it up on the lift and was very happy with what I saw. Then around 10ish am I was told. Y the salesman that someone was coming from Charlotte to see it at around 11am. I still wasn't 100% sure. But I needed to drive it more to make sure the family liked it and it would not have any more issues than I had already found. Nothing major. But around 1:45pm I went back and agreed to buy it if nothing went wrong with it while Iwas driving with the family. I would stop by the bank on my way back and sign then. I was told NO. We are going to let the people on the phone get a chance to drive it. So I wasted my day because they just want to auction off their cars!!!!!!!!! The commercial is not how I was treated. The vehicle was sold from under me while I was on the lot!!!!! This is not my experience at ANY car lot I have ever been to before!!! They don't have to worry about me buying anything!!!!! I wonder what channel 9 would think? Or make a commercial of my own. Hey come to our lot so we can sell someone else the car you are test driving and going to the bank and spending your day to buy!!!!!!! While you wait!!!!! Not good for the customer. Good experience I had a very good experience overall. I worked jointly with Dan & Michael as my sales team and the two of them worked diligently to ensure my needs we I had a very good experience overall. I worked jointly with Dan & Michael as my sales team and the two of them worked diligently to ensure my needs were met and all questions were answered. They were both very professional and accommodating. Our financing agent ( (Mr. Quincey Drum) made the closing very smooth and explained everything in detail. This is my second new car Hyundai purchase from Paramount and I would definitely recommend others to buy! The only complaint I have is the car was not delivered as clean as it should have been as the tires were not even detailed and the rims were dirty. More
