All the employee that I dealt with were very nice, courteous, and well informed. Cleanup of vehicle was good, but no other work was done to be able to rate the quality of their work. Price was OK, bec courteous, and well informed. Cleanup of vehicle was good, but no other work was done to be able to rate the quality of their work. Price was OK, because everyone always wants a super cheap deal, and I suppose this rate was about like all other dealers. Good experience and would recommend dealership. More

Our experience with Paramount Ford/Hyundai in Valdese was one of the best ever with any car dealership, and we credit this positive experience to with dealing with Michael Connell and Allen Pruett. Michael knew exactly what we were looking for, what our price range was and why and worked deligently to find just the right vehicle for our needs. He went above and beyond to get this vehicle on the Valdese lot to make it easier for us. He also went out of his way to get information that we did not have in hand at the purchase so that we didn't have to make another trip to Valdese. In working with Allen he was very personable, friendly and accomodating and did not pressure us at all. He, too, went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase of our vehicle. I have already referred two friends to Michael, one of whom has already talked with him and she was very impressed with his knowledge of availability. More

When we arrived we were pleasently greated by the salesman, we talked a little about what we were looking for and our price range, we were immediately drawn to the vehicle we are presently driving. A Ford Edge which we are very pleased with and with the help of these two gentlemen we were able to get the vehicle to the price range we could afford. My experience at Paramount Ford was excellent. Salesman Michael Connell made my buying experience, easy and actually enjoyable. I usually hate going to look at a vehicle because of all the negotiations in Michael Connell made my buying experience, easy and actually enjoyable. I usually hate going to look at a vehicle because of all the negotiations involved in price haggleing. But this time I did not have to stress, Paramount Ford offerred me the figure I was thinking of for my vehicle and discounted their Truck another one thousand dollars without me even asking. The price was very fair and I ended up with a very nice Truck (F350). I would recommend this dealership to friends and family, as well as, have no problem returning in the future for another possible deal. Mike Connell was knowledgeable about the vehicle and pleasant to work with, his no pressure attitude made the whole experience worth driving two hours to look at the truck. Plus, Paramount Ford delivered the truck to me in Virginia at no cost to me. Thank you to all at Paramount Ford. More

This is my second Hyundai. I love the car, it is very dependable and gets great gas milage for the size of the car. I am very pleased with the used 2010 Nissan Titan LE that I purchased on 3/27/13. My salesmen, Michael Connell was very helpful though out the process and was able to answer any questions I had about the tru I purchased on 3/27/13. We were looking for a used 2012 or 2013 Hyundai Accent. We looked at many other places and on the internet. We found a white 2012 at this dealership with only 24000 miles. Most of the work was completed through email and phone calls during the day so when we arrived it was a short process. All employees were very helpful and friendly. My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Paramount Ford-Hyundai. We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and with the way we were treated by everyone there. Michael Connell and Allen P Paramount Ford-Hyundai. We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and with the way we were treated by everyone there. Michael Connell and Allen Pruett treated us like family. Michael took the time to explain the features of the car. My wife had driven from work and I had driven from home leaving us with three vehicles at the dealership. Michael even helped us get our extra vehicle home. Paramount Ford-Hyundai isn't new to us as we have our service work done there, however this was our first experience with the sales staff.
