Buying from Michael at Paramount was entirely worth the extra drive for me from Charlotte and was as pleasant an experience as car buying can be. We negotiated price before I even saw the car (having test driven several in Charlotte), they were able to reduce my bank's offered interest rate and at no time were they pushy, rude, condescending or any other adjective one equates with car salesmen. No last minute items were pushed other than an extended warranty (pretty sure everyone does that these days). I let the business manager go over the details but when I politely declined I wasn't pressured to make a different decision. I received what I feel is a fair price and while only time will tell on the actual car it's a pre-owned certified so no worries on the quality of the vehicle. I'm not one to buy cars all that often but I'll definitely be sending anyone in the market over to talk to the guys here. More

I wanted to purchase a Ford Fusion Hybrid in a specific color. The dealership did not have any hybrids in stock, but Mr. Connell went to work immediately to find one in another dealership. He found one in a dealership in Pennsylvania that met my requirements, and the dealer in PA agreed to exchange the car for one from Paramount Ford. However, before the exchange could be made, the dealer in PA sold the car. Mr. Connell began another search that would eventually take about three weeks to complete. In that three week period, Mr. Connell keep me informed in a timely manner of the progress in finding a Ford Fusion Hybrid in the color I wanted. I know he spent a considerable amount of time on the telephone trying to find me the right car. He also did not make promises that he wasn't able to keep, so I am very pleased with the effort that Mr. Connell gave to find the car I wanted and to keep me informed of the progress during the three week period. By far this has been the best car buying experience we have had. Everyone involved from our salesman to the finance and in between was exceptional. Our salesman was great and wonderful to work with.
