Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese was the 4th dealership I had been to in a week and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with warmth and respect; it was also the first place where I did not f I had been to in a week and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with warmth and respect; it was also the first place where I did not feel rushed. I came to Paramount Ford to look a one specific vehicle that I had found on the internet and while I test drove it Michael Connell (my salesman) and I chatted about what I was looking for in a car (price, features, model, etc..) as well as my reasons for looking at the car we were currently test driving. He listened to what I was looking for and volunteered to check their listings to see if there was anything else on the lot that would work for my needs. The thing that impressed me the most was that at no point did Michael try to convince me to go bigger or newer (at every other dealership I had been too, the first thing the salesman tried to do after we got back from our initial test drive was try to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle). Michael’s only concern was to find me the vehicle that best met my needs (and he succeeded). Next time I go looking for a vehicle, Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese will be my first and last destination, as long as they still have people like Michael Connell working for them. More

Bought a new 2013 F250 King Ranch through the Internet service and received a no haggle very low price. We bought our first Hyundai Elantra in 2006 from salesman, Michael Connell. Michael treated us with the upmost respect and care. He took the time to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle, salesman, Michael Connell. Michael treated us with the upmost respect and care. He took the time to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle, and answered all of our questions. Michael was friendly, sincere, and patient, which was quite a pleasant change from previous experiences with other car salemen over the years at other dealerships. We did not feel rushed or pressured. After we purchased our vehicle, we took it to this same dealership for all of our service needs. The service technicians always took the time to look over our vehicle and let us know if any part was wearing or needed to be changed, and what scheduled maintenance was due. They never pressured us to perform any work, but always explained what was needed and how much it would cost to fix it, and in some cases offered alternatives to lower the cost. The final cost of any repairs was always within the estimate we were provided, and we were treated as friends throughout the process - never just as a "customer". We know that when we take our car in to Paramount we, and our vehicle, will be taken care of. We also take our old Ford truck in to them for service. After we gave our 2006 Elantra to our daughter, we decided to purchase another car. Paramount Hyundai was our first choice because of our remarkable experience with them. We did look at another make of car similar to an Elantra at another dealership, but were met with that typical “car salesman” routine. That only cemented our decision to once again purchase an Elantra at Paramount Hyundai from Michael Connell. This purchase experience exceeded our previous experiences. The manager was also involved and made sure we received all of the incentives we could towards our new car, and even gave both of us very nice Hyundai key rings! They keep in contact with us, and always thank us for coming to their dealership. I’d say whoever is training these people has hit the “mark”. Thanks Michael Connell, our Service Tech David, and all of the staff and managers at Paramount Hyundai. You guys rock! More
