This is the second vehicle that I have purchase from Shawntal. It was another smooth and efficient transaction. Shawntal had the vehicles that I was interested in prepared for me to look at prior to my Shawntal. It was another smooth and efficient transaction. Shawntal had the vehicles that I was interested in prepared for me to look at prior to my visit and explained the differences between them. This helped me make my decision without a lot of wasted time. Once the decision was made, the paperwork, was prepared and I believe I was driving my new F150 off the lot within an hour. I highly recommend Shawntal and Wayne Akers Ford. More

The dealership lied to me about the pricing on the vehicle. I put down a $1,000.00 deposit with a specific price. I waited for a year & when it came in the MSRP went up but I understood & was OK with vehicle. I put down a $1,000.00 deposit with a specific price. I waited for a year & when it came in the MSRP went up but I understood & was OK with that. Wayne Akers Ford forced me to buy their appearance protection package for $1,500.00 which I didn't want or need. I went 2 weeks before the vehicle came in & told them I didn't want the protection package. When the vehicle came in they put they package on the vehicle without my approval & said they couldn't take it off. The dealership said it was a "miscommunication" on their part & I had to pay for it even though I didn't order it. When I came in to get my vehicle I spoke with Diego & he told me I had to take it as is & that I couldn't afford the vehicle & to get out of the dealership. I purchased the truck becauseI waited a whole year. I also ordered the spray in bedliner package which was supposed to include the tie down kit C. The dealership kept the tie down kit. Wayne Akers Ford has the worst buying experience & I will be telling all my friends & family NOT to buy there. More
