There was no pressure to buy and all of my needs were met. Although I had financing through my credit union, I reviewed the options presented by their team, respectfully declined and was not harassed or pushed to change my mind. Adrian was very knowledgeable, professional, laid back and cool. I would definitely visit again when it's time for another purchase!!! Thanks Adrian and Easterns!!! P.S. - thanks Mike for linking us with Adrian! More

False Advertising BGoogle My suggestions is to avoid these people at all costs.Went to the Hyattsville location yesterday, I had the internet advertasment in BGoogle My suggestions is to avoid these people at all costs.Went to the Hyattsville location yesterday, I had the internet advertasment in hand for a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.Daughter test drove the car. We liked the car, told saleman that we would pay cash, did not want to fianance. He was obviously pushing us to take out a loan. Salesman told us to wait, would get an aprasial for the car we were trading-in. Came back with an appropriate price for trade-in, we were then told that they (the dealership) could not sell the car for the advertised price, we were quoted a price increase of $4000.00, "just because" given a lot of patetic excuses why price increased 4K. They came back after a second and third discussion, and phone calls to the "boss". Best they could do was sell it at the advertised price, but insisted we fianance the car. Needless to say we left and will never return. Worst car buying experience I have ever witnessed. The salesman Mike Robinson was a "good guy" I felt sorry for him. Not his fault the "boss" would not honor the advertised price. These people are obviously used to dealing with an uniformed or gullable clientele. My advise stay away from Eastern auto group, especially the Hyattsville office. More

He did not exhibit any high pressure tactics, but gave me the time and information I needed to make an informed decision. He helped me get excellent financing terms and more on my trade-in than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville (Lanham) to anyone looking for a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, excellent financing terms, and professional, caring service from someone like Michael Robinson, who was so helpful to me.` More

After departing the site for home, he called me and informed me that it was on site. I returned to the site an hour later and test drove the vehicle and I was very pleased with the vehicle. After a lengthy debate I returned on Monday June 1, 2015 to have my trade appraised and on Tuesday June 2, 2014 I took ownership of a 2012 E350 Convertible Mercedes. The interaction with Mr. Robinson and the General Manager was a very pleasant interaction that is missing at most dealerships. With that being said, I would recommend my friends to visit the establishment and recommend they interact with Mr. Robinson. "Excellent Service" More

Mike Robin The staff at Eastern Motors (Hyattsville) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating in my vehicle purchase process. Mike Robinson, Deangelo Jackson and Rick Hosn specifically assisted me with my purchase and the service they provided was absolutely outstanding. The whole experience completely exceeded my expectations on every level. The young lady that prepared the paperwork (I do not have her name) was so patient. She explained everything to my satisfaction and helped to further solidify my experience at Eastern's. Not only could I not be happier with my purchase I was completely blown away by the professionalism, customer care and personal attention provided that comprised the phenomenal hassle-free experience I had at your establishment.
