I came to the dealership with my wife. I just wanted to look at cars that were low in mileage and in price. When I explained the type of car I wanted they showed others that, honestly wasn't in my price ra look at cars that were low in mileage and in price. I felt pressured at the dealership and that while they tried to seem nice they just were trying to get a sale rather then helping a customer make a great car decision. Since having the car I brought from this dealership I have had nothing but problems. The next day after my purchase I did go back to see if I could return the car which I couldn't. The car wasn't cleaned and I had to go back twice just for someone to clean crumbs out of the car which was there on day of purchase. My radio has continuously had issues(sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn't), starting my car takes forever(just found out it was a battery issue) and the panel where the heat controls are popped exposing wires(I made videos and took pictures of all these problems).One of the things I wanted in this car was Bluetooth, I was told by the sales person that this car had this feature which it clearly doesn't.(After getting all the problems checked out). I would NOT recommend Eastern Motors to anyone not even my enemies. Buying a car is a big purchase in which you as a customer want to feel like the car dealers have your best interest. I felt they throw cars on people not caring about customer needs and that to me is a terrible thing. More
