My mom purchased her car from Michael Robinson at this location almost 2 years ago so when I found myself in need of a car, my mom suggested Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville. She and I went on a S location almost 2 years ago so when I found myself in need of a car, my mom suggested Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville. She and I went on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately met with smiles and courteous behavior from the General Manager and the other sales team members on the floor. Michael Robinson came over and introduced himself to me and immediately went to work on my case. I did not expect to leave that day with a car but Michael Robinson made this experience pleasant and stress-free. This was not the car-buying experience I was expecting. Once my deal was done, I sat with the Office Manager, Shedonna Tyson, and she reviewed and explained my contract and all of the other pertinent paperwork.
