Service manager said to find another dealership . I did which disagreed with them , a five hour lease purchase with a witness with me , at 74 yr old senior female a recent x2 Breast ca last yr . I very emotional traumatic experience driving home with fear with no loaner & all lies against Chrysler Corporation Continual lies even against Chrysler Capital who said they owe me a payment from trade lease car 2018 . They said I must owe Chrysler Capital but it is Champion Jeep unethical , deceptive and illegal practices. I rate them a “0”. Mc Daniel ask for a 10 & for Gene Ford and on 4/28 he asked for a better rating than a 5 and promise to get Chrysler Capital to reimburse $999 Dymanic L back to send release & we question that he gave me free 12 months , more lies and deception it’s 36 months if nothing is check car protection . More
