My name is Michael Daniels. I have been a finance manager here at Freeman Toyota for the past six years. I have been in the automotive finance industry for 26 years now. I've spent the past 20 years working on the dealership side of auto financing. I specialize in assisting customers who have credit challenges obtain financing for both new and pre-owned vehicles. One thing that led me to coming to work for the Freeman organization was the fact that we are family-owned. The other reason is because of Freeman's dedication to always strive to do whatever we can to assist a customer with their automotive needs. This is hands down the most incredible car dealership I’ve ever experienced. There are genuinely ethical, kind people working here. I brought my 7-year-old daughter with me, and we were constantly moving through the next phase of the process so smoothly that she never even had a chance to get bored. It felt like a beautifully choreographed dance—everything was efficient, professional, and right to the point. I’m still in disbelief over the incredible service I received. Now, I’m a proud Toyota owner! I'll be forever grateful!:D More

This dealership was wonderful! In the middle of the tariff issues I was put in the position where I needed to buy a new car. I called sooooo many dealerships and almost all of them In the middle of the tariff issues I was put in the position where I needed to buy a new car. I called sooooo many dealerships and almost all of them tried sleazy sales tactics and piling on useless upgrades. Freeman Toyota not only treated me well and fair they went out of their way over and over again throughout the process. They also beat the trade-in offers I had received. I'm really happy with how the entire process went. :) More

Would never use them again. Lied to us about a lot of issues on the vehicle we got. With held additional pricing till we drove about 5 hrs to get the vehicle to find out about Lied to us about a lot of issues on the vehicle we got.
