I came in to get an oil change...I have a B1 service code. Customer service was great, but when I came to go home, the B1 service indicator light hadn’t been removed and when they looked at a filter in code. Customer service was great, but when I came to go home, the B1 service indicator light hadn’t been removed and when they looked at a filter inside/behind the glove compartment, all the stuff from the glove compartment was laying out on the front seat and had not been put back. Hmmmm.....but on a positive note, the car had been sanitized inside. Michael Dao did an excellent job explaining everything and his customer service was excellent! More

Used express service for B-16 service. I was in and out in less than an hour. They also let me know I had completed the 6 service in the spring so it wasn’t necessary. My oil light had been coming on so I stopped at Luther yesterday to see what was going on. Mike recommended an oil change and some basic maintenance. I was there for about an hour. When I left, Mike gave yesterday to see what was going on. Mike recommended an oil change and some basic maintenance. I was there for about an hour. When I left, Mike gave me a printed estimate for doing the rear brakes since they were getting low. I appreciated this extra touch. Good service all around! More

Mike was prompt to help me. He contacted me about other issues. Then the crew double checked the battery and replaced it with no cost to me because it was under warranty.
