I brought my Subaru Forester in for a routine oil change. This was my first oil change with this car. The service dept. staff were great and anxious to help me. I have been an Acura or Subaru ow change. This was my first oil change with this car. The service dept. staff were great and anxious to help me. I have been an Acura or Subaru owner since my first Acura in 1986, and one of the main reasons I have stayed with these vehicles is the wonderful Service Dept. Great service and always with a smile. We love our subaru!!!! We bought the retired service loaner in May....then this fall paint started to flake off the rear bumper cover. I took it in to the local body shop. I was told the car had damag loaner in May....then this fall paint started to flake off the rear bumper cover. I took it in to the local body shop. I was told the car had damage and the repair was a very poor, fast job....no sealer, no primer. If this was a used traded car I would have been more understanding, but it was your car, a service loaner. I called your dealership...little attention to my concerns. I reached out to Justine, our sales person; she lined me up with Mike, used car manager...he agreed to fix the issue. I wanted either a new bumper cover, or the one on the car to be sanded down, and finished properly. While talking with Mike he called over a guy who looked like he was touching up cars. He agreed that the car had been "bumped". He commented that we did need to have the cover removed to fix the paint. I insisted that it did, as the repair was second rate. I was told to bring the car back the next week on Monday. When my wife dropped it off; no one knew anything about us bringing the car in. There also was not a service loaner lined up. Eventually they took the car and gave her a loaner. When we came to pick up the car three days later the keys were not with the cashier, but on Justines desk. This whole process seemed "fishy" to me; not on the up and up. In total we visited the dealership three times. We drive from near Rochester...it was over 300 miles of driving and about six hours of our time, just to have our car repaired the correct way. I feel there was a lack of integrity, from the poor workmanship with the original repair, to the picking up of the car. We love the car.....probably will not return to buy our next Subie. More

I was greeted immediately by name after entering the service queue by Mike. Then he kept me notified of the process and how long it would take to complete the service. When I asked specific questions he had the answer and even had the mechanic look into a few things I had concerns about. Thank you for such an excellent service experience as a first time Subaru owner. More
