I visited a few other Toyota dealerships before visiting Hillside Toyota and I loved the friendliness, honesty, and transparency of the employees at Hillside Toyota, particularly Mike Davila and Gio. Other dealerships charged additional dealership price adjustments and other fees for the exact same vehicles, and continually tried to use bait-and-switch sales tactics on me. In contrast, Hillside Toyota was transparent in their pricing and did not charge any additional dealership price adjustments or other fees. They were also able to deliver my vehicle to me in NJ (and anywhere in the tri-state area) at no additional cost! I would highly recommend visiting Hillside Toyota and particularly Mike Davila and Gio for all of your vehicle needs! More

Chris, my contact, was excellent, kind , honest and efficient. They did everything for me including calling my insurance company and figuring out a way to take the car home the same day. They even offered to deliver the car to my home for free. Some minor glitches were fixed the next day. Ive purchased autos for over 60 years so I’m privy to the games many play. Hillside had none. I kept waiting for “other shoe to drop”, so they say but it never happened. More

I picked out a car and when I went to pick it up it had been sold. I dealt with this lady last week to secure the car and even called on the morning of pick up to say I was on my way to pick the car up. Wh been sold. I dealt with this lady last week to secure the car and even called on the morning of pick up to say I was on my way to pick the car up. While I was on the road she called to tell me the car had been sold at the weekend. Mike, the sales manager said he had another car with similar spec at their other dealership but he would not sell it at the same price as the “SmartPath” price advertised in their website for the original car I had chosen. I’ve bought many cars over the years and spent time in the auto industry and never experienced this sort of behavior. Based on the many positive reviews on their website this certainly appears to be a reputable dealership so I hope this is a one off incident and no other person has to experience similar behavior. More
