I picked out a car and when I went to pick it up it had been sold. I dealt with this lady last week to secure the car and even called on the morning of pick up to say I was on my way to pick the car up. Wh been sold. While I was on the road she called to tell me the car had been sold at the weekend. Mike, the sales manager said he had another car with similar spec at their other dealership but he would not sell it at the same price as the “SmartPath” price advertised in their website for the original car I had chosen. I’ve bought many cars over the years and spent time in the auto industry and never experienced this sort of behavior. Based on the many positive reviews on their website this certainly appears to be a reputable dealership so I hope this is a one off incident and no other person has to experience similar behavior. More
