Truck price was great, service not so much. Lots of promises made about dates to get paperwork over and the truck shipped out. The total transaction took 2 weeks longer then what I was told. I let management know about what was going on and all I got was a "sorry". My truck only came with one key fab, I was never told this to be the case and this info was not listed. A 2nd key fab is going to run me 250$ plus another 80$ to have it programmed. I reached out and again was told "sorry". The truck was in very good condition as promised and shipping was very fast. Over the next few days Mike was extremely communicative- responding within minutes to text inquiries until we agreed on the particular car and the price. Negotiations were simple, in good faith and with no pressure. Company policy of free transport was an added bonus.
