Their service department was closed for the evening but they told us if we purchase they will pay to have the issue fixed since we are over 3hrs away from home. We agreed and purchased the vehicle, took the vehicle to a local garage and it needed a need module and also had a pinched wire. Total cost was almost $700, I told them and they said they are only paying $300 so we got stuck with the other $400. They were to finance the taxes in with the vehicle and mail us a check so we could pay the sales tax in our state to register the vehicle and along with that check the $300 check was to be with it. We got the check for taxes but no $300, when I called they "forgot" so we go to register the vehicle, they didn't file the paperwork right for the title so we could not register it until the title was sent. The temp plate is about to expire so I contact them and tell them what is going on and they refuse to issue another temp tag until we get there mistake resolved once again. So in return until we get the title issue fixed and get it registered we have a vehicle that can not be driven, that's wonderful seeing as it is a daily driver. Stay away from these clowns, stay far away! More

The workers there either look passed me, are rude, or take me for a real idiot. This dealership was very nice, clean, and professional. Everyone was very polite and helpful. And it was easy to find. Isaac is the fine young man that sold me my new car (which I'm absolutely in love with) and he was such a great help. So nice. So formal. So helpful. And made me very comfortable (I was super nervous) he helped me with just about every question you can think of, and more. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience. I've had nightmares about it in the past, and truly it was a wonderful experience. He also helped me switch my car stuff out from old to new. He's amazing. He went above and beyond. Go Isaac!!! Thank you again :) Financing was a breeze too. I believe his name was Mike. Super nice. So easy. Super helpful. I will recommend to my friends and family!!!! More

Everything people are afraid of in a used car dealer I bought a 2007 Ram 2500 Diesel in September 2016. When I arrived to see the truck (after a 4 hour drive) I noticed that their internet photos had con I bought a 2007 Ram 2500 Diesel in September 2016. When I arrived to see the truck (after a 4 hour drive) I noticed that their internet photos had conveniently missed an eight inch tear in the driver's seat (poorly repaired) and discovered that the tailgate wouldn't open. They gave some concessions on my trade in, so I bought the vehicle. Next, they lost some paperwork I signed at the dealership for transfer of title, not a huge deal, but inconvenient. Within six weeks I started to notice uneven tire wear in the front- turned out to be a bent axle housing, and the third party warranty they sold me wouldn't cover the repair. (5k to replace) The oil pan rusted through and leaks- upon closer inspection, it was temporarily repaired with JB Weld or similar product (my local dealer quoted $1800 to replace) Now, after owning the vehicle for just over 6 months, the entire rocker panel is rusty on both sides- seems unlikely that this would all happen in 6 months on a 10 year old truck. I will never buy another used vehicle after my experience with this organization. More
