Shady business and full of lies We purchased a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee SRT from here. When we test drove it the service traction light was on. Their service department was closed fo We purchased a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee SRT from here. When we test drove it the service traction light was on. Their service department was closed for the evening but they told us if we purchase they will pay to have the issue fixed since we are over 3hrs away from home. We agreed and purchased the vehicle, took the vehicle to a local garage and it needed a need module and also had a pinched wire. Total cost was almost $700, I told them and they said they are only paying $300 so we got stuck with the other $400. They were to finance the taxes in with the vehicle and mail us a check so we could pay the sales tax in our state to register the vehicle and along with that check the $300 check was to be with it. We got the check for taxes but no $300, when I called they "forgot" so we go to register the vehicle, they didn't file the paperwork right for the title so we could not register it until the title was sent. The temp plate is about to expire so I contact them and tell them what is going on and they refuse to issue another temp tag until we get there mistake resolved once again. So in return until we get the title issue fixed and get it registered we have a vehicle that can not be driven, that's wonderful seeing as it is a daily driver. Stay away from these clowns, stay far away! More
