The workers there either look passed me, are rude, or take me for a real idiot. This dealership was very nice, clean, and professional. Everyone was very polite and helpful. And it was easy to find. Isaac is the fine young man that sold me my new car (which I'm absolutely in love with) and he was such a great help. So nice. So formal. So helpful. And made me very comfortable (I was super nervous) he helped me with just about every question you can think of, and more. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience. I've had nightmares about it in the past, and truly it was a wonderful experience. He also helped me switch my car stuff out from old to new. He's amazing. He went above and beyond. Go Isaac!!! Thank you again :) Financing was a breeze too. I believe his name was Mike. Super nice. So easy. Super helpful. I will recommend to my friends and family!!!! More

Everything people are afraid of in a used car dealer I bought a 2007 Ram 2500 Diesel in September 2016. When I arrived to see the truck (after a 4 hour drive) I noticed that their internet photos had con I bought a 2007 Ram 2500 Diesel in September 2016. When I arrived to see the truck (after a 4 hour drive) I noticed that their internet photos had conveniently missed an eight inch tear in the driver's seat (poorly repaired) and discovered that the tailgate wouldn't open. They gave some concessions on my trade in, so I bought the vehicle. Next, they lost some paperwork I signed at the dealership for transfer of title, not a huge deal, but inconvenient. Within six weeks I started to notice uneven tire wear in the front- turned out to be a bent axle housing, and the third party warranty they sold me wouldn't cover the repair. (5k to replace) The oil pan rusted through and leaks- upon closer inspection, it was temporarily repaired with JB Weld or similar product (my local dealer quoted $1800 to replace) Now, after owning the vehicle for just over 6 months, the entire rocker panel is rusty on both sides- seems unlikely that this would all happen in 6 months on a 10 year old truck. I will never buy another used vehicle after my experience with this organization. More
